Our Approach

1. The Vision

Our first focus is always the vision, including both the objectives and how achieving the chosen objectives for the vision will upgrade the overall organization. All of the elements identified in the vision stage feed directly into the measurements of success in the next steps. This stage is typically completed in 1-2 sessions.

2. Strategy

The outcomes in the vision are planned for with a strategy session based on the short-term and long-terms objectives of the individual or organization. This stage is typically completed in 1-2 sessions.

3. Tasks

In this phase, all needed tasks are identified and incorporated into a concrete calendar-based plan customized to fit into both the operational and culture needs of the organization. All needed Plan Bs are identified in advance. This is stage is typically completed in 1-2 sessions.

4. Action

In this phase the Task Plan drafted in the previous stage is enacted, with regular updates and support given on an ongoing basis. As the planning was completed in advance, any unexpected challenges are easier to overcome. 

This stage is typically completed in 1-2 sessions.

5. Reflection

After the Task Plan has been finalized, enacted and all identified objectives have been achieved, it is the time to reflect on everything that happened. Strengths, areas of improvement, newly identified opportunities are common focuses in this phase. This is the time where transformational upgrades can be made based on the results from the entire process. 

This stage is typically completed in 1-2 sessions.

Each Session Includes:

-Custom Consultation Sessions

-2 or more pdfs with key tools and resources for reference

-Task Plan including Plan B and Cs

-Action Plans for all next steps

-Leads for how to foster the transformational nature of this process into the rest of the organization.
